Won’t You Be My Neighbor?

By Sablemable aka Jan

Sometimes looking outside of the metropolitan areas one can find some real MCM beauties!  Take for instance our featured home at 3028 Primrose Lane in Farmers Branch, Texas, which is located just north of Dallas.  The house is listed with Dennis D. Duniven Realtors and may be viewed at www.realtor.com.

The house was built in 1954, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths 1,823 square feet of living space for the unbelievable amount of $169,500.00.   In case you haven’t noticed, I have a passion for brick ranches, LOL!

The living room off the foyer.

Opposite end of living room.

The kitchen.

The kitchen floor.

The gray and burgundy bathroom.

The mint green bathroom.

The family room.

The patio.

I didn’t show the bedrooms as all the photographs show are the beds.

Readers, do you like this home?  Did you find any details that made you swoon?

Love it, Sable!!! Look at that swell wrought iron on the patio and the nifty front door. Also love the color of the brick! Thanks for the great photos! Lots of neat mid-mod homes in Texas, especially Dallas.
