Won’t You Be My Neighbor?

By Sablemable aka Jan

I’m always happy whenever I find a home for sale in my territory and today’s find is located at 4681 Beechnut Drive in St. Joseph, Michigan.

The home was built in 1965, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,608 square feet, family room, basement, a 2-car attached garage and costs $156,900.00.  The Fister Real Estate, Inc. agency is the broker; Victoria Eberhard is the agent.  You may reach Victoria at 269-983-7721.  The photos are courtesy of www.realtor.com.

Even though wallpaper and wainscoting have been added to this home, it still has most of the elements needed to qualify as a time-capsule home.  However, if I were to buy this, off comes the wallpaper/wainscoting!!!!

How about it, gang?  Saraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!  As much as I love wood, I can visualize those pink metal cabs in the kitchen!

That shiny, wooden family room is fantastic! Three cheers for the tile back-splash and that wooded yard too.
