Won’t You Be My Neighbor?

By Sablemable aka Jan

Wow!  I must be having the luck o’ the Irish to find another home here in Southwest Michigan!  This multi-level home is also close to my house  and was built in 1957.

658 Lynwood Drive in Benton Harbor, Michigan, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, 2,924 square feet for the price of $179,000.00.  Prudential Rubloff is the listing agency and Linda Folk is the real estate agent.  She may be reached at (269)469-8728.  Photos are courtesy of www.realtor.com.

It looks like whomever is the owner must be a MCM fanatic because they’ve kept their decorating simple and close to the era.  Kudos!

What features sends you reeling, readers?  I love and adore that pink bathroom!

What a great house Sable! You know I love that pink bathroom!!! I wish I could see what the wallpaper looked like in there too – you can just barely see one corner of it on the top left. Good find girl! 🙂
