By Sablemable aka Jan

Welcome to Albany, NY for this week’s MCM home tour!  It was built in 1955, has 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.  There is 2,632 square feet and the cost is $489,000.00.  Not much information was given, not even the address, but the description did say it was in original condition.  Prudential Manor Homes is the agency and can be reached at (518)-439-4943.  Photos are courtesy of Keller Williams (www.kw.com).

The furnishings look like they were chosen by a set designer! Wow. It looks like they even have the original wallpaper! The realtor obviously knows a good thing when they see it and has kept it original. My favorites are the green velvet, over large chaise and the hanging light fixture. Would love to tour this home.
