November 27, 2010Help Toni Find This Vintage Elf!
Hello Readers! I hope all of you had a fine Thanksgiving. Dinner with all the parents went very well this year, and the only thing I forgot to make was the turkey gravy! Everything else went just perfect. Thanks to my parents for coming early and helping me make dinner. I could have never done it without you, Mom, or done all the dishes without you, Dad!
So, in the holiday spirit of generosity and selflessness, I hope we can all lend a hand to help Toni find a vintage elf she has been searching for. Here is a photo Toni sent along to identify her target.
I am looking for the elf in the attached picture. The bigger one on the left. My mom had it when I was a kid, and it sat on top of a tall pillar that was covered with red yarn. My mom said it was a craft kit. I called her last year asking if I could have it and she told me that she THREW IT AWAY! I found the elf on etsy, but alas, it was sold! Can your readers help me find another one?
A precious holiday memory? Thrown away!?!?!? We feel for you, Toni. If any readers out there have seen a this little guy, please let us know!
Also, feel free to share Thanksgiving stories in the comments!
