Won’t You Be My Neighbor? South Bend, Indiana

By Sablemable aka Jan

Marc, one of our devoted readers, sent today’s featured home to me this week.  Marc is enthralled with this home and I don’t blame him!  The house is located at 1605 Jefferson Boulevard E. in South Bend, Indiana, a stone’s throw from my neck of the woods.  The house, built in 1959, boasts 5,516 square feet of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an enclosed, in-ground swimming pool and lavish landscaping.  There is also a garage fit for the man or woman of the house.     Weichert Realtors is the broker and Ms. Bobbie VanOsdal is the agent.  She may be reached at 574-277-7444.  The price?  $369,900.00, which is pretty sweet what with the square footage and improvements.

Let’s look inside!

Oh my gosh, that’s AMAZING. From the design to the original bar to the fountains! Who wouldn’t love fountains? I want to move in right now. Except I live in Seattle. Hmmm….

Seems like a good price for what you get! I know people here (in GA) with similar price tag homes that are a third the size and a tenth the charm!

Wow! That outside shot is just killing me!
That sounds like a great price for Nashville too.

OMG, too gorgeous! If I didn’t love my own MCM house so much I’d have to think about living in Indiana!
