Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Pikesville, Maryland

By Sablemable aka Jan

Welcome to Pikesville!  Pikesville is located northwest of the Baltimore city limits, in Baltimore County.  Our featured home was built in 1961 and is at 6 Branchwood Court.  The home has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, although I suspect two of the bathrooms are a half-bath and a three-quarter bath.  No square footage was given for the property.  There is a 2-car attached carport that one could easily added an overhead door.  Only drawbacks to this house is the well, septic and oil heat.  It could be that city water and sewer is available, but the owners didn’t want to pay for the hookups.  The price for this home is $590,00.00 and Keller Williams Baltimore, (410)342-4444, will provide more information.  Photos are courtesy of Keller Williams (www.kw.com).

wowie wow! What a great place, with such potential! I’m totally envious of all those built ins. Funny thing is that the foyer, I think it must be the flooring and the color of that front door- totally gives me a flashback to my elementary school! I’d be lining up for the school bus every day!

Thanks for sharing- I really hope this place goes to someone who appreciates how very cool, and nonbeige it is.
