Punk Rock Aspic Fish On The Mid-Century Menu

I have to encourage you to go on over to the Mid-Century Menu today.  Not only are we responding to a challenge from CNN’s Eatocracy blog, but you also get to see how I turned this:

Into this:

The punk rock aspic salad fish.  I love that guy!

Sadly, I apparently missed the deadline for being featured on CNN, but at least I tried. Sigh.
