Won’t You Be My Neighbor? St. Joseph, Michigan

By Sablemable aka Jan

I can’t remember if I’ve done this home before, but if not, then sit back and enjoy.

Today’s home is located at 1375 N. Manor Drive in St. Joseph, Michigan, which is across the river from my home town.  The house is brick veneer, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 1,400 square feet and was built in 1964.  The photos are courtesy of Keller Williams (www.kw.com) and the home is listed with American Homes Real Estate.  Jim Leonard is the agent and can be contacted at 269-428-1150.

Nice door!

There weren’t any photos of the living room and the other rooms, but I think that you can visualize the rest of the interior.

What do you think, readers?

I love that honey-colored wood in the kitchen and entry. And it looks like there’s a covered patio off the back. Really nice. Can’t help wonder why no photos of the main living area, though….

It’s cozy and beautiful – I’d move in tomorrow. Love that door.

We are blessed to currently live in a neighborhood full of such homes. We live in an apt. right now, but in 2-3 years we hope to purchase one.

I love that kitchen. It has a perfect working triangle. I’ve never understood why people think they have to have huge kitchens. I figure it just means more steps and more to clean.
