Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Houston, Texas

By Sablemable aka Jan

This week’s MCM home information was sent to me by reader Natalie, who recently was visiting Houston and found this beauty.  Thanks, Natalie!!!!!

The house is located at 3631 Woodvalley Drive and was built in 1958.  There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen, a carport and 2 car detached garage.  Square footage is 2,187 and the price is $234,000.00.  Prudential Gary Greene is the broker and Debra Manning is the agent.  Debra may be reached at 281-222-1012.

I don’t like Florida, but maybe a winter move to Houston would be better for my MCM health, eh, gang?   Texas rocks with MCM homes!

Again, thanks Natalie for the heads-up!

Readers, send me your real estate finds!
