Our New Retro Sofa!

By RetroRuth

Everyone is really excited at our house today, because we just got in our new living room sofa!!

It is a little wrinkled from being shrink-wrapped and we still have to put the legs on, but I must say I am thrilled with the way it turned out.

This sofa is fun in so many ways, and I am also delighted with how functional it is as well. It is, as you can see, modular, so the sections are easy to move around and rearrange as we need them.

It is also great because you will be able to sit on one side if you want to look out our wall of windows, and on the other side if you want to get cozy in front of the fireplace.

The tweed-like brown fabric ended up being a perfect match for the room. Oh, and I love the fun oval shape!  Now I just have to wait for the cats to relax and stop being afraid of the poor sofa.

Oh wait…there it is!!

More pics to come after we install legs and smooth out shipping wrinkles!

LOVE! Love love love. I have a vintage sectional, 1960s, dark brown with one piece that curves and 3 other pieces…but this puts it to shame!!
