Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Owings Mills, Maryland

By Sablemable aka Jan

Gee, I need to visit the State of Maryland more often!  They have some wonderful MCM homes there, one in particular located at 11011 Baronet Road.    Built in 1951, the home boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a full walk-out basement and lots of trees.  Drawbacks are:  rubber roof, oil heat and well/septic.  The home is also a foreclosure and the asking price is $419,900.00, but since it needs so much TLC, maybe the bank/loan company will take an offer (they usually do, I speak from experience).  The home is listed with RE/MAX Greater Metro Baltimore, (410) 337-9300.   Photos have been edited by me (exposure, as the original photos are kind of dark) and are courtesy of Keller Williams (www.kw.com).

I am mad, mad, mad over this house! Sooooooo cool! I do wish that they’d shut some of those cabinets and drawers for the pictures though. It reminds me of “The Sixth Sense” movie like it is. “I see dead people….”

OMG, this house is like, 10 minutes from me. Are those built-in nightstands in the bedroom? And a NuTone intercom system in the basement kitchen?
    I’m swooning.
Now, if I can only come up with 400,000 clams…

Yes: St. Charles, the best that money could buy. And what a large set!

Oh my gosh, all those cabinets!!! Fantastic, I love it. Can you please ask them if they could transport this house to Los Angeles for me? 🙂
