Cranberry Mayonnaise Cake And Porcupine Meatballs on The Mid-Century MenuWho is ready for cake???
I don’t know about you guys, but I am beat! So this week we have a classic Mid-Century feast from our archives. This post originally ran on March 24, 2010, but features an amazing Cranberry Mayonnaise Cake that Tom and I loved and ate right down to the last crumb! The best part is, no eggs or butter needed, so it can literally be made right from your pantry. If you still need a dessert (or breakfast!) and have some cranberry sauce left over from Turkey Day, I would suggest this super simple and festive cake!
Oh, and you get to see Tom trying Porcupine Meatballs. Bonus! So head on over to the Mid-Century Menu and check it out!

When I first read the headline, I thought cranberry mayonnaise cake and porcupine meatballs was all one dish and I almost threw up in my mouth. I am happy for Tom’s sake I was mistaken!
