Did you say “party”? Did you say “cheese ball”? Well, I’m baaaaack!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all my NPR friends.
Ruth, that cheese ball looks like a tiny brain with a Ritz cracker lobotomy. But I still want to eat it. Sounds yummy to me.
Here’s a simple, easy, retro appetizer spread: mix one large package of cream cheese, softened, with maybe a tablespoon of mayo and lots of chopped green olives and chill – literally and figuratively. Serve with lots of martoonies and party ‘way into 2012.
Greetings to all, Annie B.!

Hooray! Welcome back, Annie! We are all happy to have you back!
It DOES look like a brain, doesn’t it??? My plating skills leave a little to be desired. :p Your spread sounds awesome! I love me some cream cheese.
