What I Want For Christmas–A Danish Modern Catalog From 1970 With Cathrineholm Goodies! So, who’s ready to see some awesome Danish Modern accessories?
Recently, I stumbled on this amazing estate sale that had just about anything Mid-Century Modern that you could dream of. Unfortunately, it was also very expensive. Which was sad. However, I managed to get one deal: Some excellently European traveling ephemera from the late 60’s/early 70’s.
It contained this AMAZING, drool-worthy Danish Modern accessory catalog that contains pretty much everything on my Christmas DREAM list.
I mean, really?? Teak serving pieces…
Fun, bright accessories…
Stainless steel serving pieces! I would kill for that little condiment set. So cute!
Architect-designed flatware. Umm…hello.
Oh, and then there’s this…
Holy…
Oh Cathrineholm, how do I love thee? Especially the oven dish with the metal stand? And that fondue set?
Oh my gosh. Curly parsley never looked so good!
Wow. Well, here’s hoping Santa can travel back in time and bring me a sack full of Danish Modern goodies! Cross your fingers for me guys!
