Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Tulsa, Oklahoma

By Sablemable aka Jan

Reader Maggie sent in this week’s home.  Maggie and her family own the home and bought it from the original owners.  Alas, Maggie et al must sell as they need more room!

Located at 4541 E 35th Street in Tulsa, this 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath brick ranch was built in 1956.  There is 1,857 square feet, a 2 car attached garage, an eat-in kitchen, combo living-dining room, a den and family room.  Lots of built-ins in the bedrooms, all maple wood.  The front and back yards are large with plenty of room for the kids and pets.

The home is listed with Coldwell Banker Select and their phone number is (918) 712-4310.   The price?  A sweet $147,000.00!  Photos are courtesy of Realtor.com (www.realtor.com).

Maggie, if I have the room names wrong, please correct me in the comment section.

Maggie, thank you so much for sending in your home!  Wow!  The house is great and you have some marvelous MCM stuff, too!

I have to ask – is the front entry door still the original?

Readers, if you’re living in Tulsa or relocating there and are looking for a darling MCM home, then look no further.

I love, love, love the kitchen and the bathroom! That stove is just a marvel! And the fireplace! *Swoon!* Sadly, I just left Tulsa a year ago this week, and I’m not moving back to the big city anytime soon!

Sadly, not in Tulsa but this house is beautiful. That cozy den with fireplace and the kitchen just blow my mind. Love all the touches in the house. I hope someone snatches it up and doesn’t change a thing.
