A big thanks to reader Kathryn Stuart for finding today’s MCM home!  Kudos, Kathryn!

At 3025 San Lorenzo Way sits this 1955 built rambling ranch home.  There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an in-ground swimming pool and a beautiful large yard.  California Living Real Estate has the listing and may be reached at (926) 456-3885.  The price is $450,000.00.  Photos are courtesy of Realtor.com and Keller Williams.

Oh my gosh, it’s gorgeous! All of the original woodwork and brick still there…and the pool. Love it. Oh, and all of those shelves. I could really hoard some knick-knacks in that room.

Not only a pink bathroom, a double-sink one! I love that.

Carmichael and Fair Oaks in the Sacramento Meteo Area are filled with huge MCM homes. It’s really a dream area. And these are homes that would have been expensive when they were new. Big lots. Big homes. Super MCM.
