Here is something I made to use up all of my leftover Easter Ham.
AND to force Tom to eat a bunch of American Cheese.
It’s Cheese and Ham Casserole today on the Mid-Century Menu. There is a lot of cheese in it.
And tomato soup. We mustn’t forget about the soup.
