Pictures of the Amazing Retro Vegas Shop In Las Vegas

By RetroRuth

I have to admit, Las Vegas is kind of fun. I mean, sure, it’s crammed with people, it’s hot, and things are ridiculously expensive, but it is totally all worth it if you get to meet up with some awesome friends there. Especially if your awesome friends take you to see an equally awesome vintage store, like Retro Vegas.

Yep, there’s Sara in AZ and her famously clever husband Mike, who drove six hours to meet Tom and me in Vegas!  They visit Retro Vegas every time they are in town, so when we told Sara that we were coming to Vegas, she insisted that we make a stop at Retro Vegas.

And she was totally right. I mean…come on. Look at this place! I knew as soon as stepped inside that I would have to take a ton of photos for you guys.

I was so blinded by the huge amount of lighting that it took me until now to notice how great that bar is. Seriously.

Look at the details!!

Here Tom is imagining what our Tiki Room would look like with this set in it.  Sadly, we decided that they would be too big to fit in our suitcases for our flight back.

And here’s Mike and Sara trying to make sure they took a picture of everything fun. Which is kind of impossible, because every bit of this place was covered with mid-century goodness.

Whoa.

Unbelievably, we walked out of this place empty-handed. There was a lot of really great stuff, though, so I definitely recommend it if you are planning a trip to Vegas!

Stay tuned for more pics of great vintage finds in Las Vegas from our recent trip!

That place is jam-packed! Looks like it’d be a lot of fun to visit. I like the teak dining set and that red kilim rug peeking out from behind the bar.

Had I won the MegaMillions … this would have been one of my first stops!

Your husband is the best photo prop ever 🙂

OGAWD. I see a road trip in my future. And where my $$’s will go & it won’t be a casino. Holey mackerel, this could be dangerous! I’m actually planning a trip to Vegas in January – that should give me enough time to save up enough to maybe buy a vase or something ;- ) THIS time what happens in Vegas is definately NOT staying in Vegas! (leaving the computer now before I get drool on the keyboard & electrocute myself!) Just WOWZA! Thanks for the heads-up on this – I think.
