I L-O-V-E this house!  I forgot to mention that there is only 1,336 square feet, but damn, it looks larger!

What do you think, readers?  Anybody from the Pittsburgh area out there?

Heck I could live in just the basement and be perfectly happy. Adorable!

This house is just about perfection. Two kitchens — one downstairs for the summer — and is that a roaster next to the stove?

Yes, that is a roaster! Between the floor, stove and roaster, I’m hooked!

I love this house, crazy about the floor in the basement. I just found your site over the weekend, and I adore it!

Absolutely fabulous, and reasonable too, wish there were more of these around here..”Mocksville N.C.” but everyone wants to “update” as they call it before putting it on the market!

This house is awesome and looks to be in a great neighborhood–it’s about 2 hours south of me…as is indicative of much of Pittsburgh, it is a very “hilly” area…kind of a nightmare for mowing! Hmmm…but one could certainly hire an ambitious young kid to do this chore! 🙂

The phrase “one owner home” (as well as “first time on the market”) = music to my ears.

It is all so amazing, I can’t pick a favorite feature.

I do want ALL of the furniture and lamps if I’m buying it!

Yinzer check in. My boyfriend and I are actually in the market right now and he’d probably think this place quite rad. It’s too bad it’s so far from the actual city, as I don’t drive. It’s a nice reminder that the right thing is out there (you know, after seeing dozens of houses and wanting to give up altogether)!

Laura, you should learn to drive just so you can get that house. How far is it? And if I hadn’t just gotten a job promotion maybe I would move back home and right into that house.
And is that a big radio in the living room? I have one just like it. My parents are holding on to it for me in their house.
Also, the house my dad grew up in had a similar rumpus room–second kitchen and all.
And Laura, are you going to Nic’s party on Saturday?
