Nice and airy with beautiful views, I love the way the kitchen is laid out. Although it looks as though the kitchen counters have been changed, at least the owners didn’t remove the lovely original cabinets and boomerang hardware.

I’m curious why you’d consider this ‘pre’ MCM. Several sources I looked at give dates from mid-40s to mid or late 60s, and the recent show at LACMA included the 30s. This is a fabulous, completely MCM house! (Though I wish they’d laid off the granite counters!)

What a gem of a house – I’d be tempted if it was in Melbourne, Australia. Bit far to commute for work otherwise.
