By Betty Crafter

Got some spare yarn and a crochet hook laying around? Well turn that clutter into spare cash with these quick tricks!!

Did you know there are people dying to line up and purchase glass jackets? You know you’d buy as many of the bunny ones as you could.

Get the guy in your life these golf club mitts and ensure he’s the envy of all his buddies. Guaranteed to turn heads (away as they snicker).

Danville the Dachshund is sure to create nightmares in any child for years to come, so make sure you buy yours right away! And wouldn’t the “Happy Chappie” pot holder be a perfect gift for your mother in law? I have no idea what that centerpiece is. A venus flytrap maybe?

But if you’re really looking for something special, scoop up one of these Jeweled Collars. Why did these ever go out of style??

So there you go friends. Your old pal Betty has solved all your financial problems straight from 1954 with these sure-fire money makers! Be sure to let me know when the money starts rolling in!

Hee! I had actually been debating knitting my hubby a similar set of golf club covers that I found a pattern for in one of my McCalls needlework mags. Although he does use golf club covers, I decided they might be too hardcore retro for him – and I’d probably kill him if he lost one, LOL!

I’d love to get that pattern for the jeweled collars — not to sell, to wear! I really like them! If you decide to share the pattern let me know! 🙂
