Herb Glazed Sandwiches Today on The Mid-Century Menu

Today we have something a little strange on The Mid-Century Menu. In fact, we have Tom’s choice for the Glistening and Jiggly Contest, which just happens to be these:

Herb-Glazed Sandwiches, sent in by reader Sara. Yep, that’s right, an open-faced sandwich covered with lemon gelatin.

It doesn’t get much better than that.
