    So glad you enjoyed it! Yes, Tom, unfortunately it does take time to gel…I always make sure it is made the day before for a meal. Thanks for letting all of us share our faves with you!

    LOL! I just noticed that Tom put what looks like whipped cream on top! Never thought of that–we always eat the salad as a side dish kind of like applesauce) rather than a dessert…hmmm, what a whole new concept! :)
