With a little spruce-up, that place could be absolutely sweet! I envy the turquoise stove and pink bathroom. It may be small, but it’s a great deal!

I actually looked at a unit in that building a couple years ago. Nice bones but that building seems to be in trouble (lots of foreclosures/cheapies) and some really sketch people milling about. It’s too bad. Love the pink bathroom!

Oh that pink bathroom is fantastic! I don’t now that I could squeeze myself into a place that small though, even if it was just me!
