Carrot and Pineapple Salad On The Mid-Century Menu

This week on the Mid-Century Menu we have a great, classic gelatin salad that was submitted by Janet for our recent gelatin contest.

Since one of the ingredients was canned pineapple in heavy syrup, Tom was more than happy to take a taste.
