Sausage Apple Noodle Casserole On The Mid-Century Menu

The name of the game this week on The Mid-Century Menu is Church Lady Casserole Challenge. How is that for an eye-opener this morning? For some reason,  Mimi from 1972: The Retro WW Experiment, Yinzerella from Dinner is Served 1972, Erica from Retro Recipe Attempts ,  Brian from Caker Cooking and I decided it would be a good idea to do a challenge. I don’t know why I agreed to do it. I mean, we all remember how well the other challenge turned out, don’t we?

In any case, I still agreed to it. And I was forced to make Sausage Apple Noodle Casserole.

And Tom was forced to eat it.
