Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Battle Creek, Michigan

By Sablemable

Yep, Battle Creek, home of Tony the Tiger!  I don’t know if Kellogg’s still has their tour of the factory with the complimentary scoop of vanilla ice cream sprinkled with Rice Krispies, but today’s home is worth the move to this fantastic city!

Priced at $148,900.00, the home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and was built in 1957RE/MAX Perret Associates have the listing and may be contacted at 269-968-6101.

Photos are courtesy of Keller Williams.

I didn’t include photos of the bedrooms, as they were pretty average, but the bathrooms shown are marvelous!

Great price for this MCM classic and I can envision it being restored to it’s authentic beauty.

What say you, readers?

I grew up in Battle Creek, and the place is full of MCM ranch-style and split-level gems.
