Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Columbia, South Carolina

By Sablemable

Here is a home screaming for a MCM makeover.  There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2,500 square feet.  The exact year it was built is unknown, as the search results ranged from 51-99 years.

The price is $159,900.00 and is listed with Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate, Inc. and may be contacted at (800) 673-9357 or visit their website, www.russellandjeffcoat.com.

What would I do to this home?  Get rid of the wallpaper, change the lighting, put in a new kitchen floor and refinish the painted trim.

What are your thoughts, readers?

What is that tiled ledge for in the off white and pink bathroom? Super cute pink bathroom and tons of potential! You are right ,Sablemable, the kitchen needs new flooring and all the painted trim looks wrong. Cute house!

Sooooo cute! Love the stools in the kitchen!

This house totally reminds me of our house when we bought it – we replaced a few floors and took down a bunch of wallpaper borders and it was done.

Someone is going to get a real gem when they buy this house!

I like the kitchen wallpaper but would definitely take down that border in the other room and switch out the lino. Super cute house with lots of greatness left! I’m also wondering what the big tiled ledge is for in the bathroom?

Are those roses in the pink tiles in the pink bathroom? Lovely! More knotty pine cabinets in the kitchen! Very nice.
