Mystery Pecan Pie and Jellied Turkey-Vegetable Salad On The Mid-Century MenuHave you been wondering what we’ve been cooking lately on The Mid-Century Menu? Well, as always, we are at completely opposite ends of the spectrum.
Before Thanksgiving, we whipped up some Mystery Pecan Pie:
Which is basically pecan pie with a cheesecake filling. Umm…can you say “Best Pie Ever”?
And then, post Thanksgiving, there was this:
Jellied Turkey-Vegetable Salad. Which tastes pretty much like this:
