Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Kalamazoo, Michigan

By Sablemable

Today’s home is located on 23 acres and overlooks a private lake, but you’re still close to hospitals and shopping.  Wow!  Built in 1958, there’s 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full basement and cathedral ceilings in the living room.  There is public water and sewer plus a well.  The place looks pretty intact and wait until you see some of the MCM furniture!

The home is listed with Network Team Homes (www.networkteamhomes.com) and is priced at $329,000.00 which isn’t bad considering the acreage.

What impressed me: Kitchen, laundry room, and sun room. Wonderful! Nice space outside, too.

Love it, but not so sure about the “pelt” room décor.

I was thinking that same thing about the brown couch and the cool curvy living room couch. But I think I’d re-upholster the living room one and throw some color in the living room/dining room area.
