Another great pick by Retro Ruth!!!!!!!  Good find, Ruth!!!!!!

Originally built in 1937 and remodeled in 1962 by Jackson B. Hallett, today’s home is located at 2008 W. Sugnet Road.  It looks rural, but, it’s still in the city limits of Midland.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bath, a finished basement and bunches of original details.

I am a huge fan of built-ins and wish I had more of them in my home.  The built-ins in this home are fantastic!

Beautiful interior and the modern re-do of the exterior is great, but I don’t care for the traditional look of the front.  Would have to make it more MCM.
