Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Atlanta, Georgia
Today’s featured home is spectacular and even has a name: Arrowhead. The architect, Robert Green (a student of Frank Lloyd Wright) designed the home in 1962.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. There is a detached guest house complete with kitchen and bath. The house is mostly time-capsule, except, there is that dreaded granite countertop in the kitchen.
Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing and agent Michael Redwine may be contacted at (404) 394-4071. The price is $1,300,000.00.
Lots of photos, so fill up your coffee cups, settle back and enjoy!
THE EXTERIOR
These next 2 photos are, I believe, the detached guest house.
THE INTERIOR
The Living Room
The Dining Room
The Kitchen
The Family Room
The next 2 photos I can’t figure out. The first looks like a second floor family room; the second may be the interior of the guest house. Any guesses?
The Pool (Billiards) Room
A patio with bar
A hallway with what looks like built-ins galore!
A bedroom
A bathroom
Now, if I only had a couple of million dollars.

I took one look at this, and asked my husband if he had $1.3 million and wanted to move to Georgia, LOL. This house is GORGEOUS!
