That basement is AMAZING…….if I had that house I think I would pretty much live down there!

The entrance area (with the room divider and closet right next to the door) is pretty common in homes in St. Clair Shores. The attached garage, plus 2 more detached is crazy, but awesome! One for the cars, one for tools/workshop and one for a studio!

Whoa!!! I thought the upstairs kitchen was a find, but that downstairs kitchen is even better!!! Love the entire basement, that mismatched tile shower is such a cute idea!

Love it! It seems that Michigan has a lot of wonderful mid-century houses still in their original condition. I wish we had more around here where I live as often people remodel the life out of it…

LOVE that basement!!!! And the room divider as you come in. Too bad it’s on the wrong side of the state
