NPR follower and friend, Jen (aka Liberty Images) sent in today’s featured home.

This beautiful cedar sided ranch was built in 1956 and is located at 2027 E. Sunset Street.    There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the home is in near time-capsule condition.  Murney Associates have the listing and the price is $329,000.00.

I am crazy-daisy over this home, with all of the wood and cathedral ceilings.

What do you love about this house, readers?

Jen, thank you so much for finding today’s home!  You did good, girl!

OMG, get out the smelling salts, Sable! I love everything about this house! The wood! The stone! The turquoise appliances in the kitchen! The wood! The accent colours on the exterior! Did I mention the wood? Awesome find!

I loved this house for the wood (of course!), the large windows and window seats, and the stone. Really, everything is perfect…except the light in that one bathroom. Great find!

Don’t you wish they still made turquoise appliances, or pink refrigerators, or even harvest gold. I have the harvest gold stove top and oven, but can no longer buy the dishwasher and fridge in harvest gold. When I ask the sales staff in the appliance stores, they look at me like I’m crazy.
