Retro Hair! A Rosie the Riveter Inspired Hair Tutorial

by Andrea

So, I’ve got something a little different for you all this week. (Sorry gents, this one’s for the ladies!)  My daughter, Kat, graciously agreed to  help me share with you all a vintage inspired hair tutorial.

This ‘do is a bit Rosie the Riveter inspired, with the bandana, and is a great look for day.  This is also a great look to help hide damaged ends  – which often come along with the blonde bombshell look!  Kat has helped me put together a lovely video tute, which you can see here:

If you’ve got damaged ends, please also check out this video from BHTV, and also check out their sweepstakes:

I hope you ladies out there will give this hairdo a try, and if you’ve got any questions, please let me know in the comments!

Andrea! Love this tutorial! Kat did an awesome job. And the blue streaks in her hair? Love them!

Thanks, Ruth! They were turquoise for her first derby game this past weekend, her team’s colours are turquoise and black. She’s always changing up the colour in the front!

Thanks, Sara! Yes, that was Ella, LOL. I have no idea what kind of strange noises she was making while we were filming, hah!
