Dancing In The Dark
Dancing is an important theme in the rustic Paul Bunyan Room.
The Hoffman House contains four dining rooms, four kitchens, three cocktail bars and two lounges. Favorite foods are Prime Rib of Beef one inch thick, Home Style Roast Chicken, and Fisherman’s Platter, a variety of sea foods served on a patented birch tray.

Gay Nineties Buggy and Bar
The new Gay 90’s Room actually contains Grandpa’s buggy, Uncle Henry’s Bar and a typical bowery jailhouse in which patrons are delighted to be photographed.
The spectacular Hoffman House Smorgasbord is served each year in the Paul Bunyan Room on the three Sundays prior to Easter and and the three Sundays after Easter. American cuisine is served every Sunday of the year.
The painting in the background of the Smorgasbord table depicts “The Birth of Paul Bunyan’s Wife At The Lake of the Logs” and was painted by noted artist Byron C. Jorns. It is lighted by fluorescent black light.
