September 27, 2013Vintage Sewing eBay Roundup!
I’ve got a bit of a hodge podge of items this week, but they are all fantastic! Let’s take a look.
First up, this Vintage 1960s Apron Pattern
This apron pattern is so adorable! Super practical, would definitely protect your clothes very well, but looks adorable at the same time. I am really thinking I need to make some aprons of this style …
Next, this LOVELY VTG 1950s APRON WITH COLOR TRANSFER
Another apron pattern here, but you could almost call this a formal apron? Perfect to protect your lovely dinner party frock. Not to mention, the apron is almost a fashion accessory in itself, it’s so pretty!
Then, we have this Vintage Precision Sewing Machine
This machine is a stunner! It needs a little TLC to become a functioning machine again, but honestly, between the turquoise colour and gorgeous design on it, I think I would be tempted to just put it on a shelf and have it look pretty!
Another sewing machine, but this time a Vintage Child's Sewing Machine
While we are on the topic of pretty sewing machines, this one is super adorable. Gorgeous turquoise colour, and the painted on flower design is so pretty! This one is listed as working, so this could be a fun toy for a child to learn to sew on!
Finally we have this outstandingMid-Century Modern Princess Sewing Basket
I’ve looked at a lot of sewing baskets/boxes, but this one is definitely one of my favourites! The starburst on the front totally makes it. Looks like it is quite roomy and would hold a lot of sewing ephemera (or other things!), so practical and pretty!
Have a great weekend, everybody!
