Won’t You Be My Neighbor? – Cute 1970′s House with Green Shag Carpet For Sale
15 Nov
This house for sale in Midland was built in the 1970′s, and it has some great original details still surviving! It is around 1900 square feet with 4 bedrooms and is listed at $199,700.
The living room isn’t much, but check out the gorgeous wooden built-in wall behind that sofa!
Pretty, isn’t it? I even love the dining table!
Nice stone fireplace in the family room.
Blue bathroom!
This half of the basement is pretty sweet, but check out the other side….
Green shag carpeted bar!!! Wow. Now I have seen it all! The paneling is pretty awesome as well.

This is a pretty darn cool house Ruth! I do love that built in china cabinet. The house my Grams had by Bay Beach also had a built in china cabinet and I always loved that idea. I am soooooooooooooo jealous of all the awesome basements there, I would LOVE to have one – they are pretty rare here.
Thanks, Sara! I love that china cabinet too. What an amazing wood grain. Hope you had a great weekend!
