Vintage Ranch Home-To Die For Bathrooms!
27 Dec
Thanks to Jan (aka Sable) for finding this great time capsule eye candy for us. You are the best, Jan!

I don’t know who owns this home (it’s for sale, BTW), but God love ‘em, they kept things practically original! Other than that, I’m not going to comment on this house, so just look and enjoy!

Great house!
I also have a 50′ style ranch home, inherited from my grandparents…one of those pictures reminded me of mine. We also have a “pink bathroom” and a “blue bathroom” with their orignial tiles. We are working on fixing these bathrooms up, but would never remodel them. Everything else in our house is from the 50′s except the appliances, and the stove is the one my my grandparents bought in the late 70′s (golden yellow!)
Lack of funding recently has put a stop on redoing this house. We repainted the outside this past summer. I will post pictures when the inside has been fixed up.
Thanks for the pictures
This is such a AWESOME house SABLE!!!! I truly hope whoever buys it keeps it exactly the way it is.
Love that big white room! Last month I went to an estate sale
in a house that looked similar, but it was built in the 1970s.
I fell in love with the roominess and the windows (and the
fact it had a pool). I always thought my “ideal” house was a
big Victorian, or a pre-Revolutionary War number, but I really
like the way ranch houses feel.
This house is PERFECT! I want it!!
